TexFX kustom work is done in plastic and nothing but PLASTIC! Whenever possible, changes to the kits are made of the same plastic as the model itself. TexFX custom pieces are NOT glued - new parts are WELDED to the original model using heat (ow!) so the new plastic ax-chully becomes part of the model itself. Ya never find cardboard, cotton puffs or junk like that in a TexFX model (okay sometimes a little Bondo, for hangin' rocks n' stalagmites... but there's plastic underneath!)

Tex Greene here, 'Large Papa' of TexFX Kustom Pro. I come from a so-called 'fine art' background and approach my custom models like art projects. A character model gives you a 'canvas' of a few inches to work with, so you better not waste a single one! I pack every gnarly detail I can into those silly centimeters - every wrinkle, wart, hairy bump n' blood-shot eye - coz heck, that's what ya luv about char-mods ain't it? So fair warnin' kiddies: if you want yer finks ta be smooth sleek n' pink then... GO SOMEWHERES ELSE ! TexFX char-mods will always be the HAIRY-iST, SNARLy-iST, DIRTy-iST an' GNARLY-ist we can make 'em!
